Tories 'would curb human rights rulings' from Europe
A future Conservative government would prevent British laws being over-ruled by the European Court of Human Rights if the party were to win an outright majority in the next election.
The Justice Secretary, Chris Grayling, said Britain would withdraw from the treaty that set up the Court - unless the UK is allowed to override rulings made in Strasbourg.
