Michael Fallon admits 'mistakes' in Afghanistan amid achievements
As UK troops end combat operations in the country, UK Defence Secretary Michael Fallon has told the BBC's Andrew Marr that "we have given Afghanistan the best possible chance of safer future" but there are "no guarantees".
He admitted that some mistakes were made and that there was still insurgency in the country, but also pointed out the many achievements which were made.
