Norman Baker: 'Constant battle to get things through'

Liberal Democrat MP Norman Baker, who has resigned as a Home Office minister, has told the BBC working in the department was like "walking through mud".

Mr Baker said he had "a constant battle to try to get things through", and though he said "he had a lot of time" for Home Secretary Theresa May, he said she ran the department as a "conservative department".
