BBC Rewind: Polling stations small and red

Two tiny polling stations in Prestwich and Rhondda are notable for quite different reasons. In the constituency of Bury South, the owners of a semi-detached house in Prestwich whose garage doubles as a polling station declare themselves uninterested in politics and do not vote. In the Welsh constituency of Rhonnda, a remote cottage has a polling station in the kitchen and an electorate totalling four people, all of which voted Labour.
