BBC Rewind: Give a dog a vote?

In Forres, in the Scottish constituency of Moray, a West Highland terrier called Hamish received a polling card while its owner did not. A trip to the polling station led to election officials disenfranchising the dog by deciding that neither was entitled to vote.
