One of 83 parties competing at the 1979 general election, the Public Safety Democratic Monarchist White Resident party was the latest incarnation of serial deposit loser, Bill Boaks. As John Stapleton explains, Boaks had previously lost 19 deposits and with them the grand total of £2,850.
