Fracking: MPs reject call to suspend the practice

MPs in the Commons have voted not to suspend fracking, as protesters outside parliament voiced their opposition to the practice.

An Environmental Audit Committee had called for a moratorium on fracking on the grounds that it could derail efforts to tackle climate change.
