PMQs: Cameron announces medal for UK Ebola workers

David Cameron has told MPs he plans to recommend to the Queen a new medal to pay tribute to the efforts of British people who have saved thousands of lives in Africa from Ebola.

He told the House of Commons that "we owe them an immense debt of gratitude" and details would follow later about the honour.

Mr Cameron was answering Conservative MP Margot James who praised British health workers and armed forces personnel in Sierra Leone and west Africa, as she called for a way help recognise their bravery.
