Sir Malcolm Rifkind: 'I don't think I did anything wrong'

The former Foreign Secretary, Sir Malcolm Rifkind, who has been at the centre of "cash-for-access" allegations, is to stand down as an MP at the general election.

He has also resigned as chairman of the parliamentary intelligence and security committee.

Despite his resignation, Sir Malcolm has insisted he has done nothing wrong.
