Cooper: 'Police hands tied' in fight against terrorism

Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has suggested that police officers need greater powers to help in the fight against extremism.

Speaking to the BBC's Andrew Marr show, she said: "Their hands have been tied by the government. We should have had control orders in place across this parliament."
