Election 2015: Nick Clegg vow on mental health funding

Nick Clegg has branded the treatment of children with mental health problems as "an institutionalised form of cruelty".

The Lib Dem leader has confirmed that mental health services in England will receive £1.25bn in next week's Budget.

He said the cash, spent over five years, would mainly go towards helping more than 100,000 young people.
