UKIP candidate Gareth Bennett on Cardiff rubbish problems
UKIP candidate Gareth Bennett stands by his comments linking rubbish problems to the increased numbers of East European immigrants in Cardiff.
He told Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics there was "empirical evidence" connecting the two issues on one of the city's streets.
And the candidate for the South Wales Central seat in May's assembly elections has served a draft legal letter to his party, saying UKIP could face action for lost earnings of £300,000 if he were to be deselected.
