Should the power of the House of Lords be curtailed?

Over the the past year, the House of Lords have inflicted 60 defeats on a government that is now poised to clip the Lord's wings - reducing their power to block changes in the law.

In an exclusive interview, before she steps down as the speaker of the House of Lords in the summer - Baroness D'Souza, told the Sunday Politics that the powers of the Lords should not be curtailed.
