Queen's Speech: Prison shake-up among proposals
The Prime Minister, David Cameron, told Members of Parliament on Wednesday that the Queen's Speech "combines economic security with extending life chances for all."
There were 21 bills including major prison reforms, the speeding up of the adoption process, plans to get money back from foreign visitors who use the NHS for free, and a legal right to fast broadband.
