Iraq Inquiry: 'Peaceful options not exhausted' - Sir John Chilcot

The UK joined the invasion of Iraq before all peaceful routes had been exhausted, the Iraq Inquiry has found.

Sir John Chilcot said military action at that time "was not a last resort".
