Iraq inquiry: WMD intelligence "flawed" - Sir John Chilcot

The intelligence used to justify the invasion of Iraq was flawed and should have been challenged, Sir John Chilcot said.

His report into the Iraq War also found that military action could have increased the threat of terrorism to the UK.
