'Computer says no' for UKIP leadership hopeful
MEP Steven Woolfe, seen as the frontrunner to succeed Nigel Farage as UKIP leader, missed the deadline for submitting his nomination by a matter of minutes.
He told Justin Webb how he spent the moments before the deadline wrangling with the online system - and insisted that he was still a candidate in the contest.
