Tory MP Chris Philp says "very small number" on PM honours list

Conservative MP Chris Philp says that given the overall number of people who receive honours, the resignation list from David Cameron is a "very small number".

Speaking to Radio 4's World at One, Mr Philp says awarding government workers was recognition that they "earned a great deal less than they could do" if they worked in the private sector.
