Electoral Reform Society calls for 'at least six months' for campaigns

The Electoral Reform Society says the campaign leading up to the referendum left voters feeling ill-informed and deceived.

The society's chief executive, Katie Ghose, told BBC Radio 4's Today, that an official body should be tasked with "calling out" misleading statements and she advocated a minimum of six months for future referendum campaigns.
