Baroness Meacher: Government is 'profoundly wrong'

Government sources say ministers will seek to overturn the defeat on its Brexit bill as the House of Lords voted to guarantee the rights of EU nationals living in the UK after Brexit.

Baroness Meacher, a crossbench peer who voted for the amendment, tells Radio 4's Today that it is "profoundly wrong" to not establish and protect the rights of EU nationals currently living in the UK before Article 50 is triggered.
