This is an attempt to 'interfere' in Unite elections

Momentum's director Christine Shawcroft has denied claims of a 'secret plan' with trade union Unite to take over the Labour Party, calling the allegations a "concerted effort" to interfere in the Unite internal leadership elections.

Responding to the claims made by Labour's deputy leader Tom Watson, who says left-wing supporters of Jeremy Corbyn are involved in a plot which could destroy the party as an electoral force, Christine Shawcroft told the Today programme Mr Watson wishes to go back to "command and control on a Blairite model".
