Deputy Speaker: Parliament won't give in to terror

Deputy Commons Speaker Lindsay Hoyle says Westminster is like a village and has lost one of its "policemen", but will not give in to terror and Parliament will be back in business on Thursday.

He said everyone's thoughts were with the victims and their families and told BBC Breakfast there would also be a review of security following Wednesday's attack.
