Police minister Brandon Lewis on 'thin blue line' spending

Policing minister Brandon Lewis says forces have the resources they need, after being challenged about the "thin blue line".

The day after the attack in Westminster, he told a BBC Question Time audience tough decisions had been made on spending but resources needed to "keep us safe" were in place.

But he was told by an ex-police officer morale was "at a low".
