Stuart: 'Economy depends on functioning democracy'

Gisela Stuart, a prominent Vote Leave campaigner, has said 80% of MPs in parliament stood on a manifesto to implement Brexit. She said that this is in trouble because they don't have consent.

"A thriving economy depends on a functioning liberal democracy," she added, saying party leaders need to reach agreement.
