John Bercow: MPs don't need to wear ties

Commons Speaker John Bercow says he does not think it's essential for male MPs to wear ties in the chamber.

He was responding to Tory backbencher Peter Bone - who frequently sports flamboyant ties - who noted an MP had asked a question without wearing one on Wednesday.
