Rees-Mogg on EU Brexit negotiations and tummy tickling

Jacob Rees-Mogg has suggested that the EU "want to take a tough line" and that as they negotiate, the UK "should negotiate back".

Speaking to to The Westminster Hour's Carolyn Quinn, he said: "Too often it seems we want to roll over and have our tummies tickled; and I’m very against tummy tickling in this context."
