School budget boost 'not new money'

A promised £1.3bn boost for schools in England has been criticised by Labour, as the money has been taken from other budgets in the Education department.

Shadow education secretary Angela Rayner told BBC Newsnight that the government had "taken with one hand and put it in with the other".
