Brexit: Irish PM Leo Varadka 'surprised and disappointed'

Ireland's Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, says Brexit negotiations could have moved on to trade, but the UK changed its mind on an Irish border deal.

The BBC's political editor Laura Kuenssberg has said it was "sunk" by the DUP, which reacted angrily to reports of concessions over the Irish border issue.
