Newsnight: EU vote and the Queen's Speech

The Queen's Speech on Wednesday set out the government's plans to overhaul the prisons system in England and Wales and to improve the life chances of the most disadvantaged.

EU Out campaigners criticised the absence of a promised Sovereignty Bill and said legislation had been "watered down" because of June's referendum.
