EU referendum: Vote to leave 'must be accepted' - PM

David Cameron opened the debate on the EU referendum result by saying the decision to leave was not the best outcome for the country but that it "must be accepted".

He also called for hate crime to be "stamped out", after reports of racism - including attacks on the Polish community - since the vote.
