Michael Moore says SNP have unanswered questions on tax
The Scottish Secretary Michael Moore has attacked the SNP's proposals to request control over corporation tax and borrowing powers.
Mr Moore said the Scottish government was adding uncertainty "into the mix" with its plans for the tax.
The Liberal Democrat added: "There are huge unanswered questions about the cost that will be placed on business and also the cost it will place on Scottish public services."
