West coast prawns for UK shops

West coast prawn fishermen have said a significant deal to supply a major supermarket chain will allow them to reduce their dependency on unstable markets in the Eurozone.

The prawns have been branded as Scottish langoustine, and will be sold at hundreds of Sainsbury's stores in the first agreement of its kind.
