Can whisky exports match demand?

Scotch whisky exports have soared over the first nine months of 2011 with the valuation of shipments rising by 23%.

But industry leaders have warned that plans for minimum pricing of alcohol in Scotland could damage the industry's overseas sales.

Emerging markets are growing fastest and exports to Brazil have increased 50%.

However, there are concerns whether there is enough whisky being produced to meet future demand.
