McFall says Rangers used HMRC like "a private bank"

Lord McFall, former Labour Chairman of the Treasury Select Committee who is calling for the financial regulator to probe Craig Whyte's takeover of Rangers, told BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast that the ''Rangers have been using HMRC as a private bank for years".

Paul Clark from administrators Duff and Phelps was with manager Ally McCoist and the players at Murray Park, the club's training ground in northern Glasgow.

The BBC understands they will be told that some job losses at the club are inevitable.
