Parents' upset at 'elderly home' for young people
Parents of disabled children in Inverness have said it is a disgrace they are faced with having to send them to homes for the elderly for respite when they leave school.
The nearest residential respite centre for young adults is in Caithness.
Families want a dedicated facility closer to home.
Highland Council has said there is not enough demand for it and it must cater for all needs.
