Call for review of Scottish miners' strike convictions
Some Scottish politicians have called for an independent review of the convictions of 500 Scots during the miners' strike.
Lothians MSP Neil Findlay and Midlothian MP David Hamilton have urged the justice secretary to order an inquiry into the prosecutions.
They say it is because evidence has emerged in England about police conduct during the year-long dispute.
