Holiday makers who mapped the Masai

David and Rosemary Watson took a wrong turning as they drove around Africa in 1999.

An event which would lead them to more than 10 years of work re-mapping some of the continent's wildlife reserves.

The couple, from Perthshire, were on a trip to Kenya and were so unhappy with the map they had been using they offered to make a new one.

Mr and Mrs Watson have mapped Nairobi National Park, Masai Mara, Amboseli National Park and Lewa Wildlife Reserve.
