Scots SAS soldier's mementoes found

A unique record of an SAS soldier's life behind enemy lines in World War II has gone on display at a Dumfries museum.

Capt Cecil Riding kept a collection of diaries and souvenirs in the loft.

The wicker basket which contained them was only discovered when he died.
