Could more immigration boost Scotland's economy?

The Scottish government has said restrictive immigration policies are holding back Scotland's economy.

Minister for external affairs Humza Yousaf made the comments as he hit out at Westminster's approach.

The Queen's speech included tougher laws including plans for short-term migrants to pay for NHS care.
