Minimum alcohol pricing: Scottish plan 'not the answer'

European wine-producing nations have warned that Scotland's plans to introduce a minimum price for alcohol could have a devastating impact on the industry.

The BBC has seen evidence that several countries are attempting to block minimum pricing, claiming it would be illegal and ineffective - and could even lead to a trade war.

Scotland correspondent James Cook has been to Portugal, one of the countries opposed to the policy.
