Controversial Loch Lomond goat cull resumes

One of Scotland's biggest environmental organisations is under fire over its decision to resume a controversial cull of feral goats on Loch Lomondside.

RSPB Scotland wants to reduce the number of goats in the area, from 69 to 30 over the coming years, to protect the diverse woodland in its reserve.

Local people, around Inversnaid, fear the animals could be wiped out completely.

BBC Scotland's environment correspondent David Miller reports.
