Veteran remembers Armistice: 'I just miss them'

A two minute silence has been held across Scotland to commemorate Armistice Day.

The silence on the 11th hour of the 11th day, when guns fell silent at the end of World War One, was observed at military garrisons, churches, schools and town halls.

A veteran, at a service in Glasgow, told BBC News why he was there: "To remember some of my friends. I just miss them, that's all."
