Scottish independence: Debate on faith and religion

Glenn Campbell hosted a special BBC Newsnight Scotland debate on the place of religion in modern Scottish life.

The panel was made up of Reverend Sally Foster-Fulton, convener of the Church and Society Council; Professor John Haldane from St Andrews University; Scottish Green MSP Patrick Harvie and church historian Harry Reid.

The programme was broadcast on BBC Two Scotland on 25 February 2013 and is part of a series looking at issues ahead of the Scottish independence referendum in September next year.
