UK's first MSc gastronomy course begins
Feasting over the festive period is traditionally followed by healthier eating in January.
A group of students in Edinburgh are going one step further. They have enrolled on the UK's first MSc in Gastronomy.
The course at Queen Margaret University covers subjects from global food injustice to diets and politics.
