Relatives call for public inquiry into G4S vetting flaw
BBC Scotland has obtained a leaked report which exposes failings at the heart of G4S, the world's biggest private security company.
Danny Fitzsimons shot dead Scottish security guard Paul McGuigan and Australian Darren Hoare in 2009.
It later emerged he was on bail for firearms offences and was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
G4S' own internal investigation into the double murder shows the company was aware of serious problems with its screening processes at least five months before it hired him.
BBC Scotland's investigations correspondent Samantha Poling has this exclusive report.
