Serco wins Scotland sleeper train contract
Serco has been awarded the contract to run the Caledonian sleeper train service between Scotland and London.
The firm will takeover the franchise from Aberdeen-based First Group. It connects Inverness, Fort William, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow to London.
Rail bosses have pledged to transform the service with more than £100m invested in new carriages, complete with en-suite cabins.
