Westminster pledge for Scotland 'insult' to voters

The "Yes" campaign has described a pledge by the three main Westminster parties promising "extensive new powers" for the Scottish Parliament as an "insult" to voters.

Scotland First Minister Alex Salmond dismissed the pledge as a last minute desperate offer ''of nothing''.
