Scottish independence: 'No parties will keep promises' - Ruth Davidson

The leaders of the Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrat parties will keep their promises on greater devolved power for Scotland if the No vote wins, the Scottish Conservative leader has said.

Ruth Davidson admitted that there were some differences between what the three parties had proposed but that a single offer "will be in the statute books in March" , ahead of the next general election.
