John Swinney: 'We were so close' to referendum win
John Swinney believes that the pro-independence campaign was unlucky not to have succeeded in the Scottish independence referendum.
Speaking to BBC's Scotland's Andrew Kerr, the SNP finance secretary praised the turnout and said that it was now imperative that the pro-Union parties delivered on their promise for greater devolved powers for Scotland.
