Scot struggling in India during piracy dispute
A Scottish security guard who has spent almost six months in an Indian jail in a dispute over anti-piracy operations says he is struggling to support himself.
One year after being detained on a boat off the Indian coast, Billy Irving has had the charges against him dropped but is not being allowed to leave the country.
In his first broadcast interview Mr Irving claims the UK authorities are providing little practical help.
BBC Scotland's Catriona McKinnon has this exclusive report.
